A great place to read up on North Coast California ecological news and thinking is the Forest & River News from the Trees Foundation.

Forest & River News | Trees Foundation | Recent Issues
Forest & River News works to inform and educate our communities in Northern California. It is published three times a year.

The latest issue for Spring 2022 focuses on “Prescribed Fire for a More Resilient Redwood Region.”

Trees Foundation is a fiscal sponsor for our group, The Northern Mendocino Ecosystem Recovery Alliance. This means that they provide advice, services, and financial oversight until we can form our own 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation. Thank you Trees Foundation!

In the latest issue our own Cheyenne Clarke writes about how our group came together and what we want to accomplish. Enjoy.
