Join our hands-on Natural Building Workshop in Leggett, CA from August 10-17, 2025!

We believe in building real skills for a resilient community. You’ll learn multiple techniques from expert Colin Gillespie:

  • Pole Building
  • Cob Building
  • Natural Plasters
  • Earthen Floors & More!

We learn while we work, and then we feast. Get ready for amazing food, including wood fired pizza from the cob oven we built with last year’s crew!

Your participation supports the work of the Northern Mendocino Ecosystem Recovery Alliance (NMERA) at Tan Oak Park.

A 72,000-GALLON FIRE WATER TANK to help protect our community was recently installed at Tan Oak Park thanks to the organizing efforts of the LEGGETT FIREWATER PROJECT and FAFUBA.
